June 27-28th, 2024 Summer Camp

Hitting Instruction

• Become a complete hitter and retool your swing to increase production at the plate and get on base
• Improve your bunting, situational hitting, hitting philosophy, swing mechanics

Defensive and Throwing Instruction

• Improve your fundamentals with position specific training
• Includes infield and outfield development, pitching, catching, and throwing mechanics

Speed and Agility Training

• Increase flexibility, strength, and quickness with plyometric exercises
• Includes aerobic circuits, core workouts, and body weight exercises

Base Running Instruction

• Elevate your game on the base path by reviewing and teaching proper leading, stealing, and situational baserunning

Fundamentals

• Develop and learn to be fundamentally sound with proper mechanics and a high baseball IQ

Ages 9U to 16U are welcomed

Groups will be separated by ages

The camp will take place at Disbrow Park in Rye, NY. Sessions will be on the front Little League Field as well as Feeley Field (60-90). We have four cages and bullpens at the facility.
