Prepare for the spring season with the Rye Grays Coaching Staff

The workouts are designed to improve an athlete’s skills and prepare them for the upcoming season. Our premium instructors and educators will conduct innovative drills which set and build upon the athlete’s current skill set.

Offense - Hitting, Bunting, Batting Approach, and Situational Hitting

Defense – Fielding, Pitching, Catching

Conditioning – Off-Season Non-Contact Conditioning Drills

Practices/Clinics will be on Sunday's in January, February and into March.

Ages 12U to Collegiate players are welcomed to join.

Rye Grays Summer Tournament team players have priority preference on clinic spots. If any additional spots are available, players outside of the tournament teams will be invited.

Equipment

Players are expected to have all their equipment with them. Catchers should bring gear to all sessions. Hitters should have their bats, batting helmet, batting gloves and any other protective gear they traditionally wear in a game setting. All players should have their fielding gloves at all clinics as well.

T-Shirts

All participants will receive a Sound Baseball T-Shirt.

Adult Sizes S-XXL are available.

2025 Winter Clinics

Rye Grays and Sound Baseball will offer EIGHT Winter Sessions in January, February and March, 2025.

All sessions this winter will be held in the Purchase College Gymnasium that features two full length cages, bullpen mounds and plenty of space for additional hitting and fielding stations. The space allows for us to focus on throwing, defense, conditioning, hitting, baserunning and bullpens for pitchers and catchers.
